Term from another Local: Big Ben

A union brother from Philadelphia, Dennis Moore of Local #8, sent me this term: Big Ben -- a person who doesn't know a thing about his task at hand but can tell you to the tenth of a second when the next coffee break, lunch break, end of the day etc.. is going to happen. Also used for persons who continually ask when the next break is. (For those who live under a rock, Big Ben is the famous clocktower in London.)
