the vom--short for vomitorium, an area in the back of the house at the August Wilson where inebriated patrons from "Cabaret" were known to vomit. At the latest version of "Cabaret," every patron was given a shot of Jagermeister, and VIP customers are encouraged to buy bottles of champagne, leading to a significant number of vomiting customers. Several elderly patrons were taken out in ambulances due to intoxication during the run.
