"When I hire a 22-year old with work issues, like an attitude, a tendency to hide or the refusal to keep their phone in their pocket, I can knock out bad habits and make them into a hard-working stagehand. I can't fix a 40-year-old with an attitude problem or bitterness. The damage is too entrenched. I say 'Godspeed,' and send them back to the hall."
